Two minute smoothie
Mango and Banana smoothie is a delicious Panamanian recipe packed with all the goodies you need for the day. Your glass will be loaded with potassium, fibers and antioxidants.
You will need
- 1 large mango peeled and stoned, flesh in scoops
- 1 banana, peeled and in chunks
- 300ml/1/2pt milk
- 1 tbsp Orange Blossom honey
Place all ingredients in a blender and whizz smooth. Pour into a glass.
